You must meet all of the following conditions to open and maintain a 399bid account.

• 2.1 You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, bots, and automated scripts are not permitted to register accounts.
• 2.2 You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of funds.
• 2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. 399bid reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses generated across such accounts.
• 2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• 4.1 Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 4.2 A Member may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• 4.3 399bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. • 4.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as promotional abuse.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

Suspected instances of any such activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and, where confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of funds.
• 5.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits per game or betting market are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be amended by 399bid at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bid platform and will result in immediate account action.

• 7.2 Registering multiple accounts or allowing another individual to use your account credentials.
• 7.3 Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 399bid platform or its associated game servers.
• 7.4 Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without prior agreement with 399bid's financial team. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• 7.5 Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 399bid staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• 7.6 Exploiting any technical error, game glitch, or pricing mistake to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings arising from exploitation of such errors are void and will be reclaimed.

8. Governing Law, Miscellaneous, and Contact

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
